Firewood Policy

No outside firewood is permitted. However, state-certified wood is available for your convenience at an affordable price.

Our RV park is blessed with stunning mature ash trees that are highly susceptible to the Emerald Ash Borer that feeds on their sapwood and phloem. These invasive pests are responsible for the death of numerous ash trees. Therefore, we do not permit outside firewood as it can be a carrier of diseases and pests. Help protect our trees and the beauty of our park by leaving outside firewood at home. Thank you for your cooperation with this request. With your support, our natural trees will be preserved to be enjoyed for generations to come.

Firewood Policy

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE WOOD is allowed in the park.  Our RV park sites feature beautiful, mature ash trees. Unfortunately, these trees are susceptible to the Emerald Ash Borer that feeds on their phloem and sapwood. These invasive pests cause the deaths of numerous ash trees. To protect our trees and the beauty of our park, we ask that you please not bring outside firewood. Firewood can carry pests and diseases that can potentially harm our trees.

We want to thank you for your cooperation with our request - we need to preserve our natural trees for future generations to enjoy. For your convenience, you can purchase state-certified firewood for an affordable price.
